1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• the URL you submit and content or technical evidence retrieved from that public webpage;
• your email address and information you provide in support messages;
• transaction identifiers, product entitlement and limited purchase metadata received from Paddle;
• technical logs such as time, IP address, browser type, request status and security events.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Paddle handles payment information under its own privacy terms.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and deliver audits, operate and secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, maintain purchase records, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

4. Automated and AI processing

We use deterministic software checks and may send limited extracted webpage content to contracted artificial-intelligence service providers to evaluate matters such as clarity or message quality. Submitted page content is treated as untrusted data, not as instructions to the service.

Do not submit confidential, personal, login-protected or non-public content.

5. Legal grounds

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform a contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, comply with legal duties, or act with your consent where consent is required.

6. When information is shared

We may share only what is reasonably necessary with:

• Paddle for checkout, payment, tax handling, order support and refunds;
• hosting, infrastructure, email and security providers;
• AI service providers used to generate limited parts of an audit;
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities when required by law or needed to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for delivery, support, security, dispute resolution and legal or accounting requirements. We may delete or anonymize audit data when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

8. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy of your information. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
