1. Who provides the service

PulseOps Site Audit is operated under the PulseOps brand in India. You can contact us at hello@pulseopshq.com.

2. What the service provides

The service analyzes publicly accessible webpages and produces automated observations, scores and recommendations concerning technical quality, content clarity, mobile usability and conversion friction.

A free snapshot may show a limited summary. A paid purchase provides the fuller set of findings and recommendations described on our Pricing page.

3. Automated analysis and no guarantees

Reports are generated using automated checks and bounded artificial-intelligence analysis. They are informational tools, not legal, accessibility, security, financial or other professional advice.

Scores and recommendations involve assumptions and may contain errors or omit issues. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, conversions, legal compliance or any other business outcome.

4. Your authority and acceptable use

You may submit only public webpages you are authorized to analyze. You must not:

• submit private, local, login-protected or confidential URLs;
• attempt to bypass access controls or probe systems without authorization;
• submit malicious content or use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive purposes;
• interfere with, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.

We may limit or suspend use that threatens the service, third parties or applicable law.

5. Payment, taxes and delivery

Paid audits are one-time digital purchases. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payment. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout. Reports are delivered electronically to the purchaser or made available through the service.

Pricing and included features are shown before purchase. No subscription is created unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise and you expressly select it.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in that policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Intellectual property and your license

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, its software, design, scoring framework and original materials. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-transferable right to use a purchased report for your own internal or client-authorized business purposes.

You retain rights in content you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process the submitted public webpage content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or compatibility with every webpage. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and reports are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. You remain responsible for evaluating findings before acting on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability relating to a paid audit will not exceed the amount paid for that audit. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes by contacting each other.
